Set within state-of-the-art facilities and taught by prize winning academics, design at Bournemouth is both well established and industry accredited. Our comprehensive range of courses are taught at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. From the long-running Product Design course to the emerging area of Sustainable Design, our programmes continue to evolve to reflect both the needs of industry and society.
Working in modern laboratories and workshops using CAD facilities and the latest rapid prototyping and rapid manufacturing equipment, our graduates are well-equipped for industry success. Graduates from our design courses have achieved great commercial success with their student projects supported by BU Innovations Ltd. Our annual showcase of final year student work, The Festival of Design and Innovation continues to provide students with the opportunity to network with industry and publicly display their designs to a wide audience.
